Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with fissure in ano confirmed by digital rectal examination. 2. Age 18 years and above. 3. Patients of fissure with controlled cases of diabetes mellitus 4. Willingness to participate in the study and provide informed consent. 5. Availability for follow-up assessments as required. 6. Ability to understand and comply with study procedures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute fissure in ano having duration more than 12 weeks 2. Age below 18 years. 3. Patient suffering from malignancy of any organ or ano-rectum were excluded 4. Inability to provide informed consent (e.g., cognitive impairment). 5. Positive cases of HIV,VDRL, Hepatitis B, and tuberculosis 6. Uncontrolled cases of diabetes mellitus 7. Unwillingness or inability to comply with study procedures or follow-up assessments.
