Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group: 40-75 years 2. Clinically stable with medical clearance for Cardiac Rehabilitation (AHA class I and II) 3. Access to a Smartphone and Internet

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congestive Heart failure 2. Arrhythmia 3. Cognitive impairment 4. Resting Systolic blood pressure above 200 mmHg or Diastolic blood pressure above 115 mmHg 5. Renal Insufficiency 6. Neuromuscular disorders 7. Cardiac Shock 8. Peripheral Vascular Disease 9. Malignancy
