Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients willing to sigh the consent form from the clinical trial. 2. Patients having pain as the symptom of Osteoarthritis of the knee joint.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from paralysis. 2. Patients having septic arthritis specially tuberculosis, brucellosis, pyogenic osteomyelitis Etc. 3. Patients of Rheumatoid arthritis, gout, Ankylosing and traumatic arthritis etc. 4. Patients having neoplasm of spine & other complicated diseases like CCF, DM, Malignant, HTN etc. 5. Patients with extreme reduction of joint space. 6. Patients with bony deformity like Comminuted fracture,Angulation, osteonecrosis, bone tumer, skeletal deformity, skeletal dysplasia.
