Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females with primary dysmenorrhea which will be diagnosed by a self-administered questionnaire, MDQ questionnaire score more than 47, Age 18 to 25 years, Menstrual cycle of 28 to 35 days, Unmarried females who are sexually inactive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uterine origin pathology like endometriosis, PCOD, PCOS, etc, Gastrointestinal problems like hernia, etc, Urogenital Condition like UTI, etc, History of pregnancy or abortion or failed IVF, Regular vigorous physical activity like gym, Any diagnosed musculoskeletal condition, Recent history of trauma, Psychological/mental illness, On contraceptive pills, Taking medications like Meftal Spas, any other treatment for primary dysmenorrhea, Under hormonal therapy & steroids
