Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients belonging to ASA grade 1 and 2 of either sex. 2 Patient with age group between 18 to 70 years posted for unilateral open inguinal hernia repair. 3.Patients with no history of coagulation disorders or any history of anticoagulant intake

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Local site infection patient allergic to study drug or hypertensitive to local anaesthetics surgeries done under general anaesthesia obese patients
