Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between nine to fifteen years Both male and female players Players willing to participate Amateur badminton players with minimum playing experience of six months for atleast three times per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with history of any recent injury or surgery on wrist, hand and shoulder Players with history of any musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary or any other disease or disorders Players who are not any pain medication Recreational players
