Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with classical sign and symptoms of kadar like hardening,pain/tenderness, inflammation. Patients of age group between 18 to 60 years old. Irrespective of Sex, Religion, Socio-economical status. Corn on sole & palm where kshar karma is indicated.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic disorders like Diabetes Mellitus/Cardiac disorders/ Leprosy/ Tuberculosis/ Malignancy/ Patients using steroidal drugs. Patients having any allergic reaction to kshar . Patients contraindicated for Kshar karma procedure like Bal (childrens),Garbhini (Pregnant women)
