Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject willingly participates Gender male and female Age 65 to 75 Elderly mobility scale subject score 10-14 mobility independent Medium to low fall risk score 21 to 40 according to berg balance scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who does not follow the command of therapist Subject who are not willing to participate Subject with severe cardiopulmonary problem Subject having any visual and auditory impairments Subject with any musculoskeletal conditions Any surgery in past one year Any other neurological and psychological conditions
