Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.AGE 18 40 yr. 2.Selected tooth PERMANENT MANDIBULAR 1ST AND 2ND MOLARS 3.Patients with of Symptomatic Irreversible pulpitis with Symptomatic Apical Periodontitis. (according to the AAE guidelines) 4.ASA Physical Status I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Systemic conditions affecting inflammation 2.Pregnancy/lactation 3.Previous endodontic treatment 4.Previously initiated treatment 5.Root resorption 6.Non-restorable teeth 7.Periodontal pocket depth > 4mm 8.Mobile teeth 9.Cracked teeth 10.Antibiotics/NSAIDs use within the past 2 weeks
