Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients blood sugar fasting more than or equals to 126mg/dl and 200mg/dl or ppbs more than 200mg/dl and less than or equals to 350mg/dl or glycated haemoglobin more than 7% and less than 10% or recently diagnosed less than 6 months cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus not taking any anti-diabetic drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age bellow 30years and above 65years 2.Malignant and accelerated hypertensive 3.CVS disorder 4.Pregnant woman and planning to be pregnant within six months 5.Lactating mother 6.Secondary diabetes mellitus 7.Patient under going regular treatment for diabetes or any other severe illness 8.CNS disorder like encephalopathy

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome will be measured based on clinical outcome, biochemical outcome measures to determine the effectiveness and safety of the test drug for the treatment of type-2 diabetes melllitus (Madhumeha)Timepoint: 56 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
In the secondary outcome the effect of the test drug in changing in the quality of life to be assessed after compilation of the treatment.Timepoint: 56 days
