Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects diagnosed with unilateral posterior canal BPPV, 2. Subjects with positive Dix hall-pike test unilaterally, 3. Subjects of age 20-60 years, 4. Both males and females, 5. Subjects who are willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects diagnosed with lateral, anterior canal or muti-canal BPPV. 2. Subjects with cervical pathology. 3. Subjects with vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency 4. Subjects with Meniere s disease or acoustic neuromas. 5. Vertigo due to central vestibular hypo function. 6. Subjects with history of prior ear surgery or prior treatment for BPPV 7. Subjects with musculoskeletal or connective tissue disorder that impairs functional neck or trunk range of motion. 8. Subjects with history of head injuries.
