Inclusion criteria: 1.Intubated and mechanically ventilated for more than 24 hours 2.Patients who passed successful spontaneous breathing trial (SBT)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants requiring tracheostomy 2.Participants with unplanned extubation
