Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age group: 14-23 years 2 Male & Female 3 Regular runners (running at least 3 times per week) 4 Engage in sport-specific training for at least the last 6 months 5 Participated in at least the zonal or district-level competition 6 Reduced calf muscle flexibility (ankle dorsiflexion less than 18 degrees)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Current lower limb/ back injury 2 Any neurological/musculoskeletal disorders. 3 Recent MET or similar therapy (past 4 weeks).
