Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient in the age group of 18 years to 60 years. Patients of any gender will be included. Patients having classical sign and symptoms of Aamvata. Aruchi Apaaka Trushna Vairasya Vid vibandha Anga marda Aalasya Gaurav Jwar anubhuti Bahumootrata Gaatra stabdhata Shotha Ruja Anga raag Patients with symptoms present for more than 6 weeks. Patients who have given written consent. Patients who are willing to adhere to the study protocol and follow-up schedule.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women and lactating mothers. Patients with comorbidities like DM, HTN, cardiovascular disease, CA, Renal failure, Koch s. Patients who are not willing to participate. Patients already on steroid therapy. Patients who have undergone any major surgery within the last 6 months.
