Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than equal to 18 years Diagnosed with stable angina, with lesion suitable for PTCA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bifurcation PCI Multi-vessel or Left main PCI Prior PCI on the site of occlusion Prior CABG Serious procedural complications Severe LV dysfunction eGFR less than 30 ml per min per 1.73 m2 patients on hemodialysis

To assess differences in procedural characteristics such as radiation exposure and contrast usage between the two imaging strategies (Intravascular Ultrasound guided imaging and Intravascular Ultrasound Angiographic co- registration guided imaging)Timepoint: 3 day

To compare the luminal area, and fluoro duration, of IVUS Angiographic co-registration to traditional IVUS-guided PCI.Timepoint: 1 day
