Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 10 apparently healthy volunteers (5 healthy volunteers in each group) will be taken in a cross over pattern and based on the criteria framed by experts their response will be evaluated.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers with any ano-rectal disorders will be excluded in the pilot study Volunteers with any other diseases will be excluded.
