Intervention1: Allogenic PRP with 26-gauze needle: Patients will be injected with 2-3 mL of allogeneic PRP using a 26-gauze needle in interventional group under USG Guidance

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Symptomatic elbow with history of chronic pain (at least 3months) or swelling Radiologic Imaging Findings.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of Systemic cardiovascular or neurologic disorders, diabetes or septicaemia. 2. Cutaneous infection in the area to be injected. 3. Use of NSAIDS within 7 days before the management. 4. Have history of systemic or inflammatory joint disease such as rheumatoid arthritis. 5. Patients with Radial tunnel syndrome, osteoarthritis of the elbow, olecranon bursitis, Pronator teres syndrome, Cervical radiculopathy, Carpel tunnel syndrome and osteochondritis dissecans of the capitellum.
