Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Subjects Diagnosed Case of Diabetic Neuropathy on Antidiabetic Treatment. 2) All patients irrespective of occupation, religion, economical barrier. 3) All patients irrespective of gender were taken for the study. 4) Patient with clinical symptoms of Madhumehajanya Avruttavata as described. Suptata (Numbness),Daha (Burning Sensation), Pipeelika sancharamiva (Tingling Sensation), Sparshavaigunya (Impaired sensory Perceptions).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient suffering from severe systematic disorders such as cancer, AIDS, TB, hepatic disorder. 2) Subjects in the state of Diabetic Foot, Ulceration. 3) Patients having gestational diabetes. 4) Patients with any other systemic disorders which may interfere in the topical application of oil such as with Trauma, infectious wounds, gangrene and non-healing ulcer. 5) Neuropathies, secondary to other than Diabetes. 6) Children, Pregnant and lactating females.
