Intervention1: Implant placement using bone augmentation by autogenous bone ring technique.: Patient with missing maxillary central incisor with 3 wall defect (buccal bone deficient), will be selected

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Single missing tooth in anterior maxilla. 2.Edentulous ridge having natural teeth both mesially and distally. 3. Subjects should have systematically healthy and good plaque control. 4. Subjects willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with systemic illness, osteoporosis, bleeding disorders etc. 2.Patient under medication that influence healing. 3.Pregnant and lactating females. 4.Subjects with history of smoking or smokeless tobacco. 5.Drug or alcohol abuse. 6.Occlusal interferences. 7.Radiotherapy/chemotherapy for cancer.
