Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All senior citizens residing in senior citizens homes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Senior citizens in bedridden condition, Very severe cases with last stage of disease/diseases where metastasis already occurred, Cases with any disease due to surgery/absence of that body organ/structure, Cases who will not give consent for participation.

Improvement in Quality of Life (QoL) assessed using the EQ-5D-5L scale at baseline.Timepoint: at 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, and 18 months.
