Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both males and females Prior badminton experience of more than 1 years Can perform bodyweight squats with good posture, proper knee alignment and limited forward leaning of trunk Not having contrast training in regular practice Basic Proficiency in English language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with pain and inflammation Subjects with joint instability Subjects with joint pathologies Subjects with musculoskeletal injuries Subjects with immediate post-operative status
