Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: craniovertebral angle less than 50 degrees neck pain within the last 3 months. NPRS score between 3 to 7. Restricted Cervical ROM- Flexion less then 45degrees, Extension less then 45degrees, Lateral Flexion less then 45 degrees Rotation less then 70degrees

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Rheumatoid Arthritis 2.Cervical Instability 3.Trauma to cervical spine within past 1 year 4.Cervical spine surgery within past 1 year 5.Cervical radiculopathy 6.Cervical disc pathology 7.Congenital spinal deformities 8.Subjects on analgesics or steroids for pain relief
