Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Steroid induced ocular hypertension a.IOP greater than 21mmHg with open angles b.history of steroid usage and c.without glaucomatous optic disc damage and visual field changes 2.Steroid induced glaucoma a.presence of open angles with IOP greater than 21 mmHg or IOP smaller than 21 mmHg with AGM started elsewhere for SIG b.glaucomatous optic nerve head changes and corresponding visual field defects on Humphrey 24-2 test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of any other cause which can increase IOP 2.All POAG and NTG 3.All secondary open angle glaucoma other than steroid induced glaucoma 4.Active uveitis 5.Intra-operative complications 6.Presence of greater than 180 degrees of peripheral anterior synechiae 7.Immediate post-operative rise in IOP within 2 weeks
