Health Condition 1: I504- Combined systolic (congestive) anddiastolic (congestive) heart failure

Interventions

Intervention1: Capsule filled with fine powder of the root of Daroonaj Aqrabi (Doronicum hookeri): Three 500mg capsules will be given to the patient Three times a day which are filled with fine powder

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients above 18 years giving informed consent. 2. Patients diagnosed with CHF using ACC/AHA/HFSA guidelines and Framingham criteria and under the recommended treatment for CHF with reduced EF, individualized according to the patient atleast over a period of 15 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe Mitral Stenosis 2. Additional co morbid disease like patients of chronic liver and renal disease.
