Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Labial surfaces of maxillary anterior teeth with at least one visual change in opacity, translucency or a white spot lesion of subjects whose duration of fixed orthodontic treatment from the commencement is between 3 to 6 months having same type, size of the brackets and same bonding protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects previously treated with fluoride products/supplements before the start of orthodontic treatment. Teeth having cracks, abrasion, erosion, frank carious lesion and cavitated lesions, fluorosis and any developmental disorders. Subjects undergoing fixed lingual orthodontic treatment or Aligners Subjects with cleft lip and palate deformities, orofacial syndrome, hypoplastic enamel defects, and multiple restorations on the facial surfaces. Subjects on medication for any systemic conditions.
