Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult patients aged 18 years and above 2.Patients undergoing elective surgery requiring general anesthesia with orotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (a)Maxillofacial deformities or fractures (b)Limited Mouth opening (c)History of Head & Neck surgery or Radiation to neck. (d)Severe Oro-pharyngeal Pathology (e)History of prior difficult intubation. (f)Patient Refusal or Inability to provide Consent
