Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients having Anorectal conditions like Haemorrhoids, Fissure-in-ano with or without Sentinel pile mass, Perianal abscess will be selected. Patients will be selected between the age group of 18-70yrs of either gender, irrespective of religion, occupation, socio-economic status, Patient with controlled Hypertension & Diabetes mellitus Patients who are willing to give the informed consent before the procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having Fistula-in-Ano. Patients suffering from Infectious skin disorders. Patients having impaired wound healing. Patients suffering from HIV, HbsAg.
