Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 40 60 years old Understands English Clinical Diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis Unilateral osteoarthritis BMI 29.9 or less

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of knee surgery or knee replacement Neurological conditions (affecting lower limb function) Recent injuries Uncontrolled diabetes
