Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 years Maxillary and mandibular edentulous area Good oral hygiene Patients already using maxillary and mandibular dentures Patients providing due informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medically compromised (Diabetetic, Hyperthyrodisim, Epilectic etc) Carcinoma Pregnant Smokers Chronic alcoholic • Poor oral hygiene • Parafunctional habits • Implants with fenestration and dehiscence • Implant failed during study • Patients not willing to undergo surgical procedure • Severe intermaxillary skeletal discrepancy
