Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly individuals (60-75 years old) 2. No history of recent cardiopulmonary disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe musculoskeletal or neurological impairments 2. Uncontrolled hypertension or cardiovascular disease 3. Respiratory disorders requiring medical intervention

MeasureTime frame
1. Chest Mobility: Measured using chest expansion using tape at different levels (axillary, mid-thoracic, and lower thoracic) with a measuring tape. 2. Vital Capacity: Pulmonary function tests (FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC). Timepoint: AT baseline (0 weeks) and after (4weeks)
