Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Already diagnosed with BPPV by a physician or an ENT specialist DHI score more than 10

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cervical spine abnormalities like fracture spine/unstable spine/cranio-cervical anomalies Clinical suspicion of other coexistent vestibular disorders like Migrainous vertigo or Meniere s disease Pregnant woman. Neurological condition affect balance parkinsons,stroke,TBI Dizziness due to postural hypotension Cervicogenic Vertigo severe cognitive impairment Having a history of head trauma and head and inner ear surgery History of cardiovascukar disease (uncontrolled Hypertension,history of Angina)
