Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing unilateral Laparoscopic hernia repair. 2. Patients aged 30 to 60years 3. ASA grade 1 and 2 patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refusal 2. Patients with known hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics 3. Patients with bleeding disorder , uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, severe Renal and Liver Disease 4. Patient with Epilepsy 5. Mentally unstable patients
