Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having Clinical feature of Raktarsha Raktastrav, Gudadah, Malvibandh Patients with Duration of Complaints less than 6 months Patient with I degree and II degree bleeding piles Patient with Hb% more than 10 gm% in male and more than 8 gm% In female Pile mass palpated or seen by per rectal examination

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with III degree and IV degree bleeding piles Piles associated with Perianal abcess, fissure, fistula Rectal Prolapse, Rectal polyp Known case of Ulcerative Colitis, CA Rectum, HIV, HbsAg, tuberculosis Piles with Complications as Infected, Thrombosed Patients with K/C/O associated systemic Disorders Pregnant and lactating mother
