Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of either gender with unilateral knee OA in the age group of 45 55 years. 2. Patients diagnosed with K/L Grade 2 & 3 knee OA and/ or as per the ACR criteria for knee OA. 3. Pain intensity ranging from 3-7 on NPRS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent injury or surgery to the knee joint. 2. History of peripheral vascular disease. 3. Neurological disorders. 4. Cardiovascular disorders. 5. Diabetes 6. Patients on intervention of strength training in the last 3 months.
