Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children fulfilling ROME IV Criteria Must include 2 or more of the following symptoms over preceding 3 months in a child with developmental age is at least 4 years or above fewer than 3 spontaneous bowel movements per week Straining for more than 25 percentage of defecation attempts Lumpy or hard stools for at least 25 percentage of defecation attempts Sensation of anorectal obstruction or blockage for at least 25 percentage of defecation attempts Sensation of incomplete defecation for at least 25 percentage Manual maneuvering required to defecation for at least 25 percentage of defecation attempts

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A patient having associated symptoms of other systemic disease Hormonal diseases such as known case of Hypothyroidism Drug induced Life threatening systemic infections like HIV Patients who needs to be hospitalized Patient who needs to undergo surgery Patients with congenital anomalies that affects the anal area
