Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient willing to participate in clinical trial patient having clinical sign and symptoms of Ksheenashukram sperm count less than 15 million/ml yogya for basti karma yogya for virechana karma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with Azoospermia and aspermia Diagnosed with genetic defect like klinfelters syndrome and other genital abnormalities Disease like varicocele,accessory sex gland infection,sexually transmitted disease having psychiatric illness, DM,HTN,BMI over 34.9

MeasureTime frame
Outcome will be assessed on the basis of diagnostic criteria as follow: laboratory report confirms oligozoospermia(sperm count less than 15million/ml)then those patient will be selected for the study(who recommended standrd for normal semenogram 2010)Timepoint: Daily assessment of treatment plan

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
patient will be assessed by the semen analysis, FSH,LH, and serum testosterone- used as a biomarker before and after treatmnet routine investigation like RBC,RBS,biochemical and urine examinationTimepoint: Assessment and follow up after treatment every week upto 1 month.
