Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Amateur footballers practicing at university level. Amateur footballers having ankle instability from more than a year. Amateur footballers between age group of 18-26 years old. Amateur footballers having disturbed sleep pattern from last 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players recently diagnosed with Musculoskeletal ,cardiovascular and neurological diseases. Players having acute ankle stability. Players having any surgical history. Players playing professionally.
