Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient exhibiting classical sign and symptoms of sthaulya such as chala sphik udar stan,kshudraswas,atikshudha,atipipasa,daurgandhya,daurbalya Nidraadhikya Patients aged between 20 and 60 years All genders Patients with a BMI between 25 and 30 Patients who have given written informed consent Patients who are willing to adhere to the study protocol and follow-up schedule
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with Pitta vitiation, Amlapitta, Sarakta Arsha, and bleeding disorders Pregnant women and lactating mothers Patients with a BMI greater than 30 Patients who are not willing to participate Patients currently undergoing other treatments for obesity Patients with a history of major psychiatric disorders Patients with chronic or severe medical conditions (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, severe cardiovascular diseases) Patients who have undergone any major surgery within the last six months Patients on medications known to affect weight (e.g., corticosteroids, antipsychotics) Patients with known allergies to any of the ingredients in the study formulations
