Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Married women of 18 to 45 years age group Patients suffering from Vedana in Sroni Vankhshana Prishta pain in pelvic inguinal and lowerback region bilateral lower abdomen abnormal vaginal discharge Gramyadharmaruja dyspareunia Shoona inflammation in genital tract Sparsha asahatva Adnexal tenderness abdominal tenderness cervical motion tenderness and Bastikukshi Gurutwa heaviness in abdomen Patients with USG report showing fluid in POD Diagnosed cases of PID

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women Known case of Ovarian tumor Tubo-ovarian mass or Adnexal mass Pelvic endometriosis Appendicitis Known case of HIV HbsAg VDRL infection Known case of systemic illnesses like DM HTN and thyroid dysfunction
