Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals willing to participate. 2.Apparently healthy individuals. 3.Individuals of Palitya will be selected aged between 18-25 years. 4.Individuals irrespective of their gender, caste, creed, religion and socio-economic status will be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women and lactating mothers. 2.Patients with history of- 1.Systemic and chronic illness since 6 months. 2.Long term nutritional deficiency. 3. Habitual smoking or any drug abuse. 4.Autoimmune diseases like skin pigmentation syndrome
