Intervention1: Suryanamaskar: Given via Telecommunication 1.Frequency: 3 days per week 2.Duration: 30-45 minutes per session 3.Components: - 12 rounds of Surya namaskar Breathing exercises - 10 reps

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group: Adult population of the age group 18-60 years of age. 2. Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients post 1 month of AKT. 3. Sputum test should be negative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Extrapulmonary TB 2. Patients who had fractures and surgeries in the past 4 months. 3. Pregnant Women 4. Concomitant COPD or Asthma
