Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female will be included 2. Age between 18-25 3. Population with first episodes of ankle sprain 100 m runners

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous surgery related to ankle 2. Any recent fractures 3. Recurrent ankle sprain injury 4. Recreational runners
