Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients above 18 years of age Both Inpatient and Outpatient are included in study Patients should be prescribed at least one controller medications (Inhaled corticosteroids LABAs) Willingness to participate in study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with other major respiratory comorbidities like COPD and Lung cancer. Patients who are unresponsive, unconscious and comatose. Patients who are not willing to participate in the study. Patient with impaired cognitive function affecting adherence. Pregnant and lactating women.

| The study results will improve medication adherence and overall quality of life in asthma patient. Improved adherence, as measured by MARS, suggests that pharmacist education and follow-ups enhance patient commitment to prescribed therapy, reducing the risk of exacerbations and hospital readmissions. Concurrent improvements in Mini AQLQ scores indicate better symptom control, reduced activity limitations, and enhanced emotional well-being.
