Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Primary Admission 2. Require Intensive care 3. Admitted in ICU for 48 Hours 4. Trauma Within 24 Hours
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Burns 2. Head Injury 3. Died within 24 hours after trauma 4. Age >65 years 5. Any malignancy
