Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Employee or Student of NIS having poor quality of life with index score of 0.300 to 0.499 or moderate quality of life with index score (0.500 to 0.799 in EQ5D5L questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having medication for any psychological disorders History of any recent injury History of any recent surgery Known case of severe renal, pancreatic or Hepatic Dysfunction Known case of Cardiovascular Disease Known case of Spinal disease Known case of severe arthritis Known case of Dysequilibrium, Postural Instability, Gait Disorder Known case of severe arthritis Known case of any other Severe Metabolic Disorders Pregnancy and lactation Patients with any other serious systemic illness

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in the Quality of life before and after the practice by analyzing EQ5D5L Questionnaire.Timepoint: 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in Envagai thaervu before and after the study which may show the promotion of their positive health Reduction in stress level before and after the practice Improvement in the quality and pattern of sleep before and after the study Reduction in Body weight, waist hip ratio, Thoracic hip ratio, BMI after the treatment. A decrease in cortisol levels before and after the practice of the SYP protocol Changes in Heart rate variability from baseline through endpoint.Timepoint: 6 months
