Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patient (18 Years) diagnosed with head and neck squamous cell cancer of oral cavity. understanding radiotherapy/Chemotherapy No prior mucositis at baseline Willing to take falxseed oil supplementation as part of their diet. able to provide informed concent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with pre-existing mucositis before starting treatment Allergy to flaxseed or omega-3 supplements Severe gastrointestinal disorders Patients already using other omega-3 or mucositis-preventive supplements
