Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 and 2 patients with mallampati class 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal, Pateint with known contraindication to nitroglycerin and esmolol, patients with any comorbidity, abnormal facial anatomy, Nasotracheal intubation
