Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients between 18 and 65 years of age with ASA I, II, III for elective functional endoscopic sinus surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anticipated difficult airway Pre existing cervical spine disease Known allergic to local anesthetic Bleeding disorders Neuropathy Local infection Chronic renal disease Refused consent
