Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with 10-16 years of age of either gender. Healthy children of dominant Prakriti. Children of those parent who are willing to give consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children suffering from any chronic respiratory disease. fore-asthma, pneumonia ,chronic bronchitis.
