Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals who have been clinically diagnosed with a stroke at least 6 months prior to the study (to ensure they are in the post-acute phase of recovery). Participants who are currently enrolled or have recently been involved in a home-based rehabilitation program focusing on exercise for functional recovery. Score of 24 or above on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) Score of 14 or below on Patient Health Questionnaire (Phq-9). A minimum score of 54-90 in Functional Independent Measure (indicating moderate functional independence) is required to ensure participants are physically capable of engaging in the rehabilitation program Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with co-existing neurological conditions (e.g., Parkinson s disease, multiple sclerosis) that could interfere with functional assessments or influence rehabilitation outcomes. Participants with major comorbid conditions (e.g., severe cardiovascular disease, advanced cancer) that may impact physical functioning and adherence to rehabilitation. Individuals who are non-ambulatory or unable to participate in physical exercises due to severe physical limitations
